Born from the Driver's Seat
10-4 Hire wasn't born in a boardroom. It started on the road.
Our founder spent over 20 years in trucking — starting behind the wheel, logging miles across the country, and eventually moving into fleet management and operations. Along the way, one thing became painfully clear: hiring good drivers was broken.
Carriers were drowning in spreadsheets. Recruiters were juggling five different job boards. Compliance paperwork was scattered across filing cabinets and email threads. And drivers? They were filling out the same application over and over, frustrated by a process that felt like it belonged in the 1990s.
