By accessing or using 10-4 Hire's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

10-4 Hire provides a driver recruiting platform including job posting, applicant tracking, background screening, compliance management, and onboarding tools for trucking carriers and transportation companies.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring data you input is accurate and lawfully obtained
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Compliance

While 10-4 Hire provides tools designed to help with DOT and FMCSA compliance, you remain solely responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
  • Transmit malware or interfere with our services
  • Violate any applicable employment or anti-discrimination laws

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10-4 Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain data as required by law and provide data export upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
