Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your 10-4Hire account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it:

Option 1 — From inside the app

1. Log in to your 10-4Hire account.
2. Open your account settings.
3. Choose the option to delete your account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request to develop@10-4hire.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

• Deleted: your account, profile information, and personal data in our active databases.
• Retained where required: we may keep limited information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, or comply with legal requirements — including federal record-retention rules that apply to driver-employment applications (FMCSA).
